Quality/Sanitation Inspector
Quick Apply Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description As our facility continues to grow we are adding to our quality inspection department supporting the QA and sanitation team in the production of food-grade plastic packaging products.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES GMP monitoring and implementation Conduct chemistry testing for process water and finished products Assist with department coverage as needed, including QA Technician and GIP/Sanitation support Perform CIPs and sanitation according to Minimum Sanitation Requirements Maintain compliance with BTB Quality, Food Safety, and Food Defense programs Lead and drive all BlueTriton food safety initiatives to ensure the production of safe and high-quality products Provide all necessary support for internal /external audits and provide sustainable corrective/ preventive actions for gaps Commitment to Safety process, knowledge, and participation Ability to trend analytical data and perform root cause analysis Review daily quality checks for all lines to make release decisions, including coaching line operators for missing documentation QUALIFICATIONS Strong understanding of quality systems and processes Possess strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with all plant personnel and vendors Must be detail oriented and possess a high level of organization Commitment to Safety process, knowledge, and participation Job Type:
