Quick Apply Full-time 13 hours ago Full Job Description We are looking for an HR assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties as our manufacturing facility expands.
The HR assistant's duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database.
You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure and be able to interact with employees on the manufacturing floor.
Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operations and HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to the executive team Engage with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation with timecards by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc) Navigate SAP to receive system or employee data and update stakeholders Execute daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual tasks Skills Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant experience Fast computer typing skills (MS Suite in particular) Experience using Quickbooks Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills Job Type:
