years of HR/Employee Experience MS Office Suite Experience Experience solving employee issues Able to wear multiple hats Wanting to learn applicable laws and regulations at the local, state and federal levels.
Interest in expanding on programs (Engagement, Performance, Development, Employee Relations, etc.
) The role:
Oversee the new hire experience, including new hire paperwork, systems data entry, and orientation Make sure all employees feel recognized and appreciated Maintain and organize all employee documents and information, ensuring all private data is treated with a high level of confidentiality.
Stay up to date and actively address all new regulations regarding any governmental and regulatory updates, as well as Workers Compensation programs Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

00 per hour Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
